Pre-Order Information

A pre-order reserves your item before official release. This guarantees your size and colorway.

Pre-Order Timelines

  • Hoodies / Sweats: 6-8 weeks
  • Jackets / Outerwear: 4–7 weeks
  • Accessories: 2–4 weeks

Pre-Order Policies

  • Pre-orders are custom-made and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Size or address changes must be emailed within 24 hours before production starts.
  • Pre-order and in-stock items ship separately.

Pre-Order Updates

Below is the timeline every pre-order follows:

1. Order Confirmed

Payment received and your size is secured. A confirmation email will be sent immediately.

2. Materials Approved

Fabrics, trims, flocking, rubber patches, labels, and hardware are prepared for production.

3. Production Started

Your garment is being cut, stitched, printed, and assembled.
Hoodies / Sweats: 6–8 weeks
Jackets: 3–5 weeks

4. Quality Check (QC)

Each item is inspected for accuracy, stitching, sizing, and overall quality. Remakes happen if needed.

5. Final Packaging

Items are folded, bagged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

6. Shipped Out

Tracking number is emailed to you once your package departs our warehouse.

USA: 5–9 business days
International: 10–15 business days

7. Delivery

Once delivered, you'll receive a delivery confirmation. If your package is missing, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 72 hours.

Ordering

Select your item, choose your size, and checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email instantly. Order changes are not guaranteed but email us quickly and we will assist if possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in original condition.

Pre-orders and sale items are final sale.

Sizing

Our clothing follows a luxury streetwear fit: oversized hoodies, heavyweight fleece, relaxed pants. Size down for a tighter fit, true-to-size for a relaxed premium look.
